ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow 1-5 business days to process your order. An email will be sent immediately soon as your order ships to let you know that your order is on it's way! Tracking information and estimated delivery date will be provided.
FREE GLOBAL SHIPPING
We offer FREE global shipping globally; no minimums. Orders are generally shipped within 5 days using UPS, FEDEX and occassionally other reliable international couriers.
**Flat rate shipping charge of $19.45 applies to all returned orders shipped globally.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Please note that shipping can take from 7 to 20 days for international shipping based on country of destination local logistics and other factors. Your order may also be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once
a shipment reaches your destination country. GirlnamedParis is not responsible for these
charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original
condition with original tags attached, and we will refund the full order amount minus a fixed flat rate shipping costs of $19.45 for returned items.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at Admin@GirlnamedParis.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
